Our process begins by identifying the units that best fit our clients' business models. Our network includes multiple specialized brokers with available trucks, along with purchasing, leasing and financing channels most of which allow our clients to proceed with no credit check and minimal upfront cost. The average total cost per unit over 3 to 5 years is between $60,000 and $90,000 depending on year make and model.

We then carefully inspect the chosen units and facilitate all necessary paperwork in the process to ensure that the trucks are in compliance and ready for drivers.

The average cost of a new semi-truck is around $150,000 and can go as high as $250,000. This makes it difficult for small and medium-sized companies to compete with larger companies that can afford to purchase new trucks.

We focus on high-quality used semi-trucks at an affordable price. Our program is only $15k - $25k out of pocket per truck, which includes the initial down payment for qualified clients and bobtail insurance, which is significantly less than the cost of purchasing a new truck. The average monthly truck payment is $3,000 to $4,000. Each truck comes with everything needed to hit the road efficiently. This allows our customers to invest their resources in growing their business rather than spending them on expensive equipment.

Our clients have the flexibility to add more trucks to their fleet at any time. Although, there is a 10 unit per year limit, with the cost of additional units being $15,000. per unit.

We take into account cargo types, routes, and budget to ensure that we are providing the right drivers for the job. We maintain a driver portal with access to over 2000 OTR drivers allowing customers to easily place and replace drivers at will. The current average driver pay we offer drivers is .70 cpm to ensure competitiveness and driver retention.

We work with freight brokers who provide contracts paying an average rate of $2.50 to $3.50 per mile. This means that the freight broker provides the trailers and dispatch for your trucks, and is generally responsible for any maintenance or repairs to the trailers. This allows our clients to avoid the expenses associated with buying and maintaining a trailer.

Our freight brokers cover all regions of the regions of the United States, allowing customers to run freight anywhere in the country.

We provide contracts which include complete access to DOT and Motor Carrier Authority services for our clients' companies. This means that the freight broker provides the trailers and dispatch for your trucks, and is also responsible for ensuring that all necessary compliance requirements are met such as having the proper permits, licenses and insurance.

This allows our clients to operate passively while we take care of the compliance aspect, enabling them to operate with peace of mind and without the worries of penalties from non-compliance.

Our brokers provide comprehensive insurance coverage for our clients' cargo and equipment. Contracts provide cargo insurance coverage ranging from $100,000 to $250,000, as well as liability insurance coverage ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

Additionally, our brokers also provide bobtail and collision insurance coverage to minimize our clients' liability in case of accidents or incidents. This comprehensive coverage ensures that our clients can operate with peace of mind, knowing that their cargo and equipment are protected against potential losses or damages.

Our program includes business formation services to set up client companies in their state of operation. This includes filing all necessary state and federal paperwork to ensure that the company is fully compliant with all regulations.

We also provide customized logo design and website development services to help our clients establish their brand and present a professional image to their customers. By taking care of the business formation process, our clients can focus on running their business and generating revenue.

Clients may also use an existing company and expand a current fleet.

We clients receive owed revenue and payments directly to their company business account weekly. Revenue is generated through the paid loads that are dispatched to them by our brokers. The revenue generated through these loads typically averages between $2.50 to $3.50 per mile, with an average of 3000 miles per week. This consistent and reliable source of revenue helps clients manage their expenses and grow their business passively.

Expenses such as truck note, driver pay, and insurance etc., are deducted from the gross revenue prior to being deposited client's account. Client is responsible for all expenses related to their truck and are advised to allocate an additional $5,000 to $7,000 for future maint. and possible repairs yearly.

Revenues of course fluctuate, and our projections are based on information that is available to us at the time of publication and are subject to change. This is why we give a conservative estimated projection based on the current average revenue our network generates.

We charge a 5% monthly Automation Fee per truck to cover the costs associated with maintaining and updating our cutting-edge automated trucking technology and staff. This fee is calculated based on the net revenue after fuel, driver, and truck note expenses have been taken into account. This ensures that the fee is fair and proportional to the income generated by each truck, while also allowing us to continue investing in new technology and improving our services for our customers.

By implementing this fee, we are able to provide you with the most advanced and efficient trucking solutions available on the market.

Our network allows us to facilitate truck acquisition for clients with zero upfront cost based on financing, which means that the $15k is the initial truck down payment and expense funds, along with registration, and all elements of the Fleet Builder Program. This means there is no extra money out of pocket to get your truck on the road.

Our team will work with you and provide the best financing, lease and acquisition options available, so you can get the truck you need at a cost that works for you.

We’ve seen the results of our program and are confident that it will provide you with the tools you need to build and manage a successful fleet. However, if we are not able to provide the services described in our program within 60 days of purchase, we can provide a refund.
